Delete Your Account
For the nuschl app, published by Adrian Kuchenreuther. Applies to any Admin or Receiver account.
How to request deletion
- Open the nuschl app and sign in.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone or recovered.
If you no longer have access to the app or your device, email info@nuschl.family from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it for you. We'll complete manual requests within 30 days, in line with GDPR's response requirements.
What gets deleted

| Child profiles and avatars | Deleted immediately |
| Contacts and call links | Deleted immediately |
| Video messages | Deleted immediately (even if within the normal 30-day auto-delete window) |
| Call metadata (used for call-limit features) | Deleted immediately |
| Push notification tokens | Deleted immediately |
| Diagnostic crash reports | Unaffected — never linked to your account in the first place |
Deleting a child's profile instead of your whole account removes that child's profile, contacts, call metadata, video messages, and avatars, while leaving your own Admin account intact. That option is also available from Account Settings.
